Our spacious vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring a cozy combined living/sleeping area and an additional private bedroom. For larger groups, an extra guest bed is available for a fifth person. We also take care of our youngest travelers: a portable crib and a bed guard for toddlers are available upon request to ensure a peaceful stay for the whole family. ​

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and is very clean. The hosts have truly thought of everything. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need.   • What amenities does the Koenigsacker studio apartment offer?

    The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, two coffee makers, kettle, microwave, and dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Outside, there is a private seating area with an awning. Guests are also welcome to use the entire courtyard.

  • How far is it to the nearest beach?

    Our natural bathing area Ladelund is only a 5-minute drive away. Baltic Sea: Wassersleben beach: 30 minutes; Flensburg beach: 34 minutes; Sønderstrand Aabenraa (DK): 39 minutes; Solitüde beach: 46 minutes; Holnis beach: 53 minutes. North Sea: Dagebüll beach: 43 minutes; Holmer Siel beach: 51 minutes; Lakolk beach Rømø (DK): 60 minutes; St. Peter-Ording beach: 1 hour 34 minutes. Further beaches on the North Sea islands of Sylt, Föhr, and Amrum (travel by train (Sylt) or ferry (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) required).

  • Is there a parking space available?

    Yes, two cars can park in the courtyard. Parking is free, of course. The entrance is the first one on the right after turning onto Heerweg. You can park straight ahead in front of the Rose.

  • When are check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is normally from 4 pm to 8 pm. For later check-ins, please contact us. Check-out is by 10 am on the day of departure. A late check-out can be requested for a fee, but is not always possible. Please just ask!

  • Is the holiday apartment child-friendly?

    Yes, our holiday apartment is child-friendly. We have books and games for different age groups, as well as a ping-pong table, badminton set, and an outdoor trampoline. A cot and highchair are available upon request.
